weAREmedienkuenstler feat. the plastic jazz orchestra — audiovisual live performance

In his live audio performance, The Plastic Jazz Orchestra uses musical cuttings from a jukebox, once made for the titanic, and merges it to an electro-experimental composition. The visuals, designed by weAREmedienkuenstler, are projected simultaneously and react to the music in real time. The live-animation in black and white purposely makes use of a reduced design, displaying geometrical shapes and lines evolving in visual crescendo and decrescendos in accordance with the music. Thus, the live performance Nostalgia Laser Fruit can be understood as an audiovisual artistic synthesis, wherein the musician on stage blends in with the artist duo's projection.
